Dotscot seeks UK support for bid

The UK Government has been asked to add its voice to the growing support for a dotscot domain.
Infrastructure Secretary Alex Neil has written to Ed Vaizey, Minister for Culture, Communications and Creative Industries, inviting him to back the bid by Dot Scot Registry.
Mr Neil said: “I am sure the UK Government with its responsibility for internet governance will want to support us. Across the board support would undoubtedly strengthen our hand and build momentum behind the bid.”
